    the $10 deal doesn't affect me much. I always get a medium, since I can't eat more than that. Even saving for the next day, it is too much pizza. And I always get in the mail a coupon for a med. pizza, $9.99.

        Standard right now in North America for a general sit-down restaurant is 15% for decent service, adjust up or down as quality of service and enjoyment of experience dictate.
