SC: Yeah I was wondering if there was some way I could print something from up here?
Me: Well, no, our printer in the lobby isn't networked to the guest rooms...so...
SC: Okay, if I send it to you can you print it for me?
Me: Well, yes we could do that or you could send it to yourself and print it yourself.
SC: How do I do that? (you are kidding me???)
Me: Well, you could email it to yourself.
SC: Can I just send it to you? (omg, you are being a lazy **^&%((!@!!!)
Me: Yes, of course...whichever you wish. (because I am your bitch, clearly)

He calls back because he gets the desk's email wrong....frig man!

When I recieve it, it's just the email itself he wants printed off.



I DO NOT feel comfortable recieving and printing off guests' emails. Privacy, legality reasons. Isn't it like opening someone's snail mail????

Insufficient information: is there a computer in the lobby which guests can use, which is connected to the lobby printer?

If that is the case, that's the answer the customer was looking for.
