I usually can't even feel them if they're under 3.0. Hell, I've had big semis roll by outside and make things shake as much as a 4.0 before. I start really paying attention somewhere in the 5.0 range. We had a 4.5-ish one sometime a while back, and half of the people in the apartment complex flipped out, running out to the street and screaming. I only went to the door to watch them. I don't even think Nekojin left his desk.
