Hey all been a while mostly cause one computer chrashed and i got a new one. So this is the donuts of dunking saga.
Customers
Ive had a few dozzies we will start with the annoying and work up.
People if you see a tip jar dont touch the money in it. I dont care if you want a few pennies to make the correct change for your purchase. You abviously arent going to give us a tip and your stealing from us. I get paid below minimum wage because we get tips. DONT TOUCH IT!!
We have a lady who is constantly on something comeing in a few times a day everyday. ocassionally she acts like a normal person but normally she is makeing a mess in the bathroom but plugging up the sink. Trying to steal sodas. Trying to get coffee free by makeing the one she has so horrible after drinking half that she thinks shes entitled to a new one. And trying to steal change from the tip jar.
On that note we also have a group of 3 guys late twenties who come in sompleatly stoned on something to the point of drooling and unable to make compleate sentences. they order food about 5 seperate times. and they never want to pay for the creamcheese/jam/butter/peanutbutter. They always argue about it and unless the maneger is there i normally just say too bad you know you have to pay if you dont want to you get nothing. If manger is there she just gives it to them in any amount they want.
Ive found a few more old creeps. Ones asking when i or a very and obviously so underage coworker get off our shift or when we work. Ones who act all sleezy but if you just smile and dismiss them normally leave a dollar or more as a tip. And the ones who come back behind the counter who i have to chase out and then i refuse to serve them. I dont care if you want to buy something you do not come into the employee only area just because i was out back trying to get cups and lids to restock with. get out. and after i tell you to get out and you tell me i wasnt there so obviously everything was free im just gonna get madder. Ive told off people for less.
okay where i work is in a rich snob town. i get they all think they are to important to wait for anything. to bad. this is a coffee shop. we get lots of people in. And during the rushes our drive through line goes into the street. the lobbly line goes out the door. We are constantly understaffed and over worked. yes you ordered food. so did about 10 other people. we go by the first person who ordered not how important you think you are. we give you your drinks first so you can at least drink those while you wait.
Also sending your kid in who is about 10-13 is not smart. I wont use the credit card you gave them cause abviously they are to young to have one. I will take there order and if we arent busy(meaning dead) I will give them sugar while they wait to screw you with later. if they are alone during a rush it scares me because we have said creepos who like little children and they could be grabbed. I might try to keep an eye on them but i have cofees to make and i have to run around to cook peoples ordered food half the time. so i see them for a few seconds. until its their turn to order. small town does not mean safe.
We sell munkins in 6's or in boxes of 25 and 50. No you can not get just one with your coffee. Now if you ordered coffee 3 sandwhiches 2 hasbrowns 4 hot chocolates and soda. and you want a munchkin for the little girl in your arms or the puppy in your car sure. youve obviously bought enough that loseing one munchkin to you wont kill us. so either buy a freaking meal or no munchkin for you. i dont care if you bitch the answer is still no. Sure take it to corperate. maybe then thell give us a button to make it possible to sell just one to you for 30 cents. Cause you know they wont go below that.
We dont sell cokkies we dont sell powered sugared or cinamin donuts we also dont sell coconut donuts. our seasonl items are seasonal and no you cant have them if they are gone. you ask every day. and the answer is always the same. so when you ask today and throw a hissy fit when i tell you no I am not going to be amused or feel sympathetic. in fact until you recover i will take other peoples orders. once you have yourself in control i will ask you how i can serve you and if you ask once more for a cookie I will ignore you until you leave. you arent 5 you drove your self here alone so i am assuming you have no mental defects that cause you to have the memory of a goldfish or youd die in a fiery wreck. gtfo.
Managers
I asked you a month in advanced for 2 days off. I asked 2 days before if i was still all set. the day before when you decide to tell me i have to find my own coverage there are going to be issues. I come in and work on my days off and come in early and stay leate. i even cover other peoples shifts and am the only person who will do so. youve said so numerous times. So no. I will not take that. In fact i almost quit. i deffinitly very nearly didnt show up cause i did cut my time short with the person i love and traffic then decided to be a bitch. so i showed up at work at 8 instead of 6 which you had pushed back from the original 3 saying i owed you. no i do not. infact see if i come in early ever again. also if you didnt want to give me more hours when you fired someone when i asked you could have said no instead of we will see. because then hiering 5 people for the 1 person who quit not only gave me more hours it took away hours. fuck you.
Co-Workers
K- your slow you dont know what your doing and half the time you forget to even clean the stasions and yet you are a shift leader.
B- you are new. I dont care how much you think you know you dont. Yelling at me will only piss me off not make me listen to you.
M- you complain because no one will work for you when you are sick but you wont work for anyone else either shut it. you also got a shift leader position be fore me even though ive been here a year and youve been here for 6 months. so stop whining.
highschool kids- this is a job. so work. and if i ask you to make a snadwhich for me dont bitch about it. just do it. I am busy and your in a cluster doing nothing.
blargh needed to vent soo much. As you can see this job is eating my soul so i am currently applying to new places but im staying here till its deffinit i have a new place to work.
