    i wont tell anyone im doing it but if mangemant does find out so will everyone else. seeing as ive had an issue before with management telling coworkers about the complaints they were getting cause they werent doing there job and leaveing me to do everything on my own. they have favorits.

      I had similar problems at my waitressing job. We were paid 2.85per hour+ tips, but we could only work weekends because they closed at 2pm everyday, which was an hour before school let out. We so did not make enough in tips to meet minium wage. I think I made, at most, $20 in tips for the whole weekend, and that was working from 7AM to close. On top of that, we realized that the owner of the resturant was taking at least $10 out of our pay checks every week, Both the cooks and me and my friend gathered in the kitchen and tallied up all our previous check stubs, minus the taxes and what not and realized we were still missing money. I confronted the owner about this, he said he'd look into. He didn't. Actually, his solution was to cut my hours for 3 weekends straight before I got fed up and quit. No unemployment, no W-2 to get taxes since I worked there for almost 2 years.
      Whether it be a franchise or locally owned, people are going to suck. I hope your quest for a better job works out! And may karma come and bite all of them in the ass, like it did for me. (the restuarnt went out of buiness cause no one would work for him after he made me quit. Tee hee)

        Is the labor board actually doing anything these days? It seems like they're all playing with the Internet over there instead of protecting the workforce.
        Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.

          i got a we'll look into it but if its such a problem find a new job vibe from corperate. Apparently I am the first person to complain. go me..(sarcasm). At least im already looking into a new one cause I have a feeling the shits gonna hit the fan soon. And I still have to find the info for labor board or whatever we have around here..the internets dont like how i search for things.

          Also eventhough ive been there a year and should get preference for hours ive been cut way back to two days so im a bit ticked. Ive asked for more schedualed hours instead of the abusive when we call you come hours theyve done to me before. because ive done 40 hours a week that way getting worked ragged to the point of exausting myself getting sick not healing then haveing to get a docs note loseing a week of work cause i got wooping cough.(and i got reamed out cause i didnt find coverage for that week I couldnt work) So at this point im pretty much done with the bull shit. I like my job but i need a real one where i get more than 2 days while the new employees gets 5 days a week,

            Maybe the management are ignorant fucks, and don't like that you have dyslexia, and hired you to be pc but are really trying to find a way to make you quit.

              possibly but if they want me out before I find a new job they are gonna have to fier me. that way i can get unemployment. on the up side i now have ammo against them. i worked 30 minuets totally alone in the buuilding because managers cant make scheduals the right way. and it was documented. ive been paying attention to other posts I know when I need to start covering my ass.
