I should elaborate on how well my weekend is going: Due to "miscommunication" at work between my head office and branch office, I haven't gotten a paycheque in a month. So my misery is most absolute at the moment and its actually rather miraculous I have not been more...capricious....with callers.

So I really don't see why you think this is so optically painful.

Its directly mixing contrasting warm and cool colours, this offends me artistically. Also, it hurts ma eyes.

This was an assembled outfit she was working on it seems. I thought it was a dress but its sort of....how do you explain it. Its like a really long tank top, is apparently how you're suppose to wear it. Unfortunately, Aquarius Plaid ( Which is sort of navy and teal ) is a skirt and Picnic Plaid ( Only warm colours ) is a short jacket. So I can only assume she intends to combine them into some....thing.

So manslaughter could never be "upgraded" to homicide, since it is itself a type of homicide.

My point was more that manslaughter is a separate charge in Canada. But I digress, you are correct on the definition of terms. I'm off my game so to speak this week for obvious reasons and I had to rewrite most of that on the fly to avoid revealing the client.

I have to rewrite quite a bit to avoid such revelations some weeks.

But yes, it has not been a good week. As you may well have noticed I rarely to never talk about my actual company, coworkers, etc for professional reasons. You have to starve me for 2 weeks to get me to even mention it in passing. -.-
