Just thought I'd post a tribute to how well the victims of this disaster did. Not the travellers; but the travel agents, airport staff, airline customer service, hotels and rental car agencies.

These are the real victims of the eruption.

You know just because a few of the travelers were assholes, doesn't mean the rest of them weren't victims of the eruption....

Very true, but it only takes a few assholes to make the job difficult for us. Our agency (I didn't take the call, but my sister did) had a client whose outbound flight was cancelled (and we cancelled and rescheduled her holiday) call to see if we could do anything for her because of the....

embarrassment caused by not being able to go on holiday.

I fear for the fate of humanity when I hear these things.
