Regular customer pissed me off (some profanity)

Wow, I can't imagine a customer having the audacity to do that. I had a drunk girl do that once and it was very strange. To think of a customer assuming its okay blows my mind.

My uncle was in an elevator with two girls once. One of the girls slapped her friend... Fortunately she must have had a habit of doing this, because when the other girl turned around, my uncle pointed at the one who had done the slapping and was believed.

I had a drunk girl do that to me too! Freaked me out.

Worst time was when my boss did it after he caught a mistake I made, that was odd.

I hate it when regulars think that just because they come in all the time means they can get away with murder. Had that when I was waitress. Many of our regulars would treat the waitresses terribly, tip poorly, and complain about their food, even though they got the SAMETHING everytime. I hate that.

I've had the opposite problem. I became a regular at a coffee shop downstairs from the place I worked. Used to chat to the girls working behind the counter or they'd stop for a chat at the tables when it was quiet. Unfortunately familiarity seemed to breed contempt in this case as the level of service became terrible after a while from some of them.
