  • It Isn't Fair I Got What I Paid For!

Basically, there are several different levels of service we offer but it depends on how much the customer paid for his insurance in the first place, the more he paid, the more deluxe the service, quite straightforward.

me "unfortunatley sir, although we could offer you the service you are asking for if you had paid higher insurance, the basic level you are entitled to does not cover this"
    customer "that's not fair!"

    me *"
Customer "why did you answer the phone if you can't help me?"

Hmm, is this the old "Third Party", "Fire & Theft", and "Comprehensive"?

More money affords better service. That's a fact of life.
Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.

A few episodes of "Holmes on Homes" might change your opinion.

I get a version of that here.

            "What's your cheapest unit?
            a 5x5
            "Can I see it?"
So I show them and they either tell me their car can't fit in that (no duh), or want to know if they can get into a 10x15 for that price. Usually the first one.
