Its the same as that guy who came in and threatend to cut his own ear off if Alex didn't help him fix his computer (I think I posted that one) he actually had the knife to do it too. That guy was CLEARLY in need of help. To be fair to him, He didn't threaten any of us, he was very calm and collect. I'm glad he came down and got attention from us though (we called the police) because the last thing we would have wanted was for him to go a different route, up into the town center and just start slashing people.

Thats one of the main differences between the US and Europe.
