If you want you can PM me and I'll give you some advice on who to avoid and which ones are better. (my company itself only deals with business properties, not domestic, so i don't have the exact figures to hand, but I can find out)

I'm the same, I know my lastname is pretty unique to my family as my Grandfather changed the spelling to a deliberate misspelling when he fled as a refugee. Also as we are quite a small family i know I'm the only one with my first name.

It was before one of the last hacks. If the author is still posting here he can be persuaded to repost it in the Annals forum where many of the pre-hack stories have been reposted by the authors or other members who had saved them in text format.

Unfortunately my recollection of the details is shaky enough that I wouldn't get them right if I tried to do it myself.
