    Ye Dogs, I had it all today, very bad day.

    And I had this.

    customer "so I called yesterday and *mumbles*
    me "sorry I didn't hear, you called yesterday and what happened?
    customer "nooooooo"
    me "oh I thought you said you called yesterday?
    customer "yes but...."
    me "you did call yesterday?"
    customer "but its today now"
    me "yes, did you call yesterday?" *attempting to get a grip on what happened when for the write up if I need to do one*
    customer "well, never mind yesterday, anyway........"

    Customer "why did you answer the phone if you can't help me?"
