Yup. She's been coming back.
We now have at least three times she's returned, including just now. I informed her she is no longer welcome here, and she tried to weakly argue a bit, then said "oh, ok" and left.
I was torn between telling her we know she stole from us and just saying that she can't just wander around the store without buying anything. I went with the second, because I didn't really feel like dealing with an irate thief.
