We've had a lot of problems with idiots ordering tons of crap and not paying for it ( Surprise, surprise ). So they get blacklisted and start trying to place orders in their grandmother's name or something. Thus we cannot allow them to place orders under someone else's name without speaking to that person to verify it.

Ah, now that makes sense. For some reason thought these were real customers. You know, the ones who pay for their shit, even if the shit in question is ridiculous tasteless shit that none of us with half a functioning brain cell would ever consider purchasing.

Actually, the terms are not necessarily just sexual, though that is most often how they are used.

A sadist is someone who derives pleasure from inflicting pain upon others.
A masochist is someone who derives pleasure from having pain inflicted upon themselves.

Certainly not me. I work in a bar, and thus am rarely bored. And even if I were, sports and porn are more than enough entertainment to keep me from spying on some crazy guy.
