Ok systems are fun, internet orders have been having problems going through. A person has to put the orders in. Well I got my stack and got started.

We had a coat on sale for 9.99 normaly sells for 50. This tells me check the price might be a misprint on the website. Well this one lady had this coat on the order, buying a bunch of them. I check with my manager and he says we need to call her and tell her she will not be getting the coat for the sale price.

I call her. She picks up and it goes down hill from hear.
Hello this is JSG from *** The sale price on the coat you ordered was a misprint and we can not sell it to you at that price. Do you still want the rest of you order??

I want the coats. You can have them for 34. No I want them for the 9.99. I can't get them for you at that price.

I was just talking to him about your order and he said no.

He is going to tell you the samething.

(Manger walk by) I stop him ask him more.

Tell the lady where she can find the smal print on the website that prices are subject to change.

Says she will have to look at that.

No she want to know why am i calling her on a Sunday morning.

Well mam we are open 24 hours and was just looking at your order. If I got you at a bad time i am sorry.

Now she says she will keep the rest of the order but we HAD to give her free shipping.

NO I can not offer that for you.

She cancels order....

I talk to manger. He says he would have given that to her. I told him yeah but she was being realy mean, so why. HEHE

Oh and she never did get to speak with my maniger!! HEHE

If he was willing to give her free shipping, he should have told you to offer that in the first place. Not that she deserves it...I hate people who make demands....but whatever.

meh, i can understand getting upset over an error, but to demand that price is just so very ew.

Yeah that was one call and paper I wish did not come to my desk. I have seen alot of this darn coat and now cring every time i see it. Oh and right after that call. That part of my shift was over and I had to anwers incoming calls. I did not get much of a chance to unwind after that one. Oh I made it through and live to tell the tail!
