A lot of people call asking for the winning lotto numbers. They call the library, not the helpful phone number provided by the lottery (ok, there is a customers service line that is toll free, but I don't know if they give lotto results, since there is a Game Results number that is not local.) or check the internet, or stop by the place they bought the tickets from.

Then there is the weef lotto guy. I don't know what is weef lotto. He has us going to a certain ball (like tonight no. 6) then go to a folder, then "max. lottoballs" then tell him what are the tickets are for that no. I guess Germany is making this game too hard for the dumb so they spend less money on the game.

I can't wait until everyone has access to the internet so they can leave us alone with this lottery stuff.

Actually, they do - roughly once every 3 years. If your "pick 3" is anything like the one around here, each of the 3 numbers is from 0 through 9, so there are 1000 possible outcomes. Most "pick 3" lotteries are daily draws, so on average the draw should match the pre-test once every 1000 days, which is about 3 years.
