I'm used to reading stories in the newspaper about people who have car trouble on the freeway and park on the left-hand side emergency lane. They have to cross the freeway to get help and that's when they get whammed. I rememeber one day getting on the freeway and I saw a man with a gas can on the feeder, and it looked like he was going to run across the freeway to his stalled car. I wish I pulled over and gave him a left to the other side of the freeway.

But still, there are idiots who decide "death by vehicle that isn't my own" is a great way to die

on to the OP. The library I do security at we caught a young teenage couple having sex in a second floor public bathroom a few weeks ago. they were right on the floor of the stall going to town unfortunately we couldn't bar them because we have to have full id, birthdate etc. (also upper library management hates to bar people and usually takes a massive about of issues or one really really bad one for them to agree) and we couldn't force them to give us ID. We're not lucky enough to have a cop stationed at our library
