          I think I may have been guilty in straying into my fathers persona in dealing with you as I felt comfortable with that method of communication.
          maybe it's me but I didn't think "crazy" when I first read that... but rather that he's gotten use to fraudulently using his father's ID. Or rather he's gotten use to people not questioning it since not everyone has to dig as deeply into facts as you had to.

          I agree that his original contract is void because of fraud. The problem you have now is... how can you be sure he won't lie to you again?
