This male customer had an attitude for no apparent reason.
He pulled up to the outside gate at the Visitor parking booth earlier this week. The university I work at does not want customers to pull up to that gate. Customers need to pull up to the gate next to the booth window. I let him sit in his car at the outside gate hoping he will notice that the gate was not going up for him. I had to motion for him to drive up to the gate next to the booth window. Here is what happened when he did that.
me: "Hi, how may I help you?"
guy: *had an attitude right off the bat*: "Yeah...I need to park."
me: "Have you parked over here before?"
guy *still had an attitude*: "No"
me: "Ok...it's $5.00 to exit, & you pay inside the bldg. at the Parking office on the 3rd floor."
guy: "Ok"
I raise the gate for him to enter the garage. He pulls forward, & then... his car stalls. Karma bit him in the butt. I laughed while he was approaching the garage.
