*an update of sorts on the second customer I'd mentioned in my initial post in this thread*
One of the security guards who's temping with us had to talk to "Mr. Messy" the other day about leaving books on one of our outside patio tables, and feels his personal hygiene is getting to be enough of an issue that we may need to say something to him about it. ('tis happened before that we've had to ask a customer to leave because of complaints about their hygiene)
