*giggles* see...if i were the OP and the nasty women and come up to me while i was not working in the council, i wouldn't have been able to ignore her.

I'd have done this instead:

*calls local police/tells security of nearby store* Yes, this lady keeps verbally abusing me while i'm trying to do my shopping. I have no clue who she is, and i've never seen her in my entire life.

And from there...i'd just kinda step back and watch from afar as they deal with her. :P

I believe it was a BMW in a picture I saw on the web somewhere, parked in front of a fire hydrant. Windows on both sides were broken, and hoses run through the car.

Well, BMW is short for "Break My Windows".
