I know it is not a full moon but....
I did not take this call (YES THERE IS A GOD!!!) I came in on the middle of this conversation so I did not get all of the conversation
CL - crazy lady whose wants free food
MOD - cool MOD that we are loosing
apparently CL called in and was kinda screaming that she is "owed" free food. MOD checks the credit book. NO ENTRY (not surprising these days)
MOD first askes WHEN CL had the alledgedly messed up order. CL screams that she does not remember cause she was (and I quote) "very VERY drunk at the time".
MOD then attempts to find any record of this "person" in our POS system. gets SEVERAL phone number, none of which are in our system (HMMMM see a pattern???)
Alll the while CL keeps screaming and cursing about her "free food" MOD politely askes CL to stop cursing but CL persists.
MOD then tells CL that there is NOTHING we can do as we have no written or POS record of her "order" and since CL CAN NOT tell us when this occured NO FREE FOOD FOR YOU!!!
CL then goes off on a rant and demands the franchise corp number.
at least we at the store level, sometimes, can shut down a scammer. hopefully the office will not just throw free shit at CL.
