6 Weeks ago?

I treat lawns.

Pulled up to a ladys house and she come outside, in her bathrobe, at 700am on saturday. And basically accuses me of burning her lawn (putting down to much fertilzer can do that).

However she says it happened the day after my last visit... like 6 weeks ago and she never called in about it.

Its been over 90 the past two weeks pretty solid, the lawn looked exactly as I would expect if it hadnt been getting watered. However when I offered to have a manager call her she didnt want to talk to a manager and when I offered to skip her lawn she didnt want me to.

So.. you yell at me and blame me of burning your lawn (obviously not even close to correct because a burnt lawn looks way different), you wait over a month to say anything about it, and not only do you not want to talk to a manager... you still want me to service your lawn?

Its probably a good thing she gave up bitching at me, because I was about one minute away from pointing all the above out to her in what I cna guarantee wouldnt not have been a nice tone of voice.

Yeah, all the lawns around here are brown thanks to almost no rain for a month and 90-100 degree weather for the past couple weeks. My pond is down couple feet last I looked. But the point is you expect her to have some sense? I actually think she may have given up bitching because she realized she was an idiot.

I can picture it now...she comes out in her bathrobe at 7:00 AM every morning for 6 weeks looking at the lawn and fuming about how it got burnt...then goes back inside the house and thinks, nah, it's not important enough to call about, I'll just bitch the guy out next time.
