I think it's CPS. I wish I would have thought to call at the time. Looking back on it, I really don't know if there was a kid even. Maybe the guy wanted to get in to rob the place or to try to trick me into letting them eat in (that has happened before). I was going to be off work in a half hour and I wanted to see what he wanted so I could get rid of him. I WOULD NOT leave with him and his rabid wife lurking outside. BTW there have been no complaints issues about me from that night sooooo.....I call bluff.

my pizza place delivers into the wee hours of the morning. you would be VERY surprised at the number of young children (12 and under) that are awake and active at that time of the night during the summer and weekends. AND THEY are the ones ordering and paying for delivered PIZZA. sometimes I have woken up Mom and Dad when I ring the doorbell a couple of times or knock real hard cause no one answers at first or CALL the house phone to inquire why no one is answering the door..
