It's one of those "I'm not a babysitter, I'm a store employee!"
So, part of this story happened when I wasn't working. Apparently, the night before my shift, three girls and their "babysitter" came into the store. The girls trashed our fitting rooms while they had a "fashion show." The babysitter wandered around the store and talked on her cellphone from what I hear (and this is corroborated, don't worry.)
Fast forward to my shift. The girls came in and kinda messed up the store (we couldn't run around picking up after them because we had other customers. One little girl kept asking me to go in the back to find her a bigger size of any color tank top. Each one I brought out wasn't big enough. That's fine, except it meant one less person to keep the store from complete havoc while I was in the back hunting down tank tops.
So the youngest of the girls buys one of our Monster High dolls. Which is fine, but after she makes her purchase she's still hanging around the dolls. (If she wants a different one, she's gonna have to do a return because they're different SKUs). The other girl finally buys her tank top, and the third girl buys a few lotions/lip glosses/etc (but decides against a few that aren't in her budget). The girls weren't too bad, I suppose.
But the babysitter, who is getting paid to watch them? Again, wandering around the store, texting and talking on her phone (and sounding like a total valley girl while doing so).
So yeah, that's my story.
