Seconded. My dad's a teacher, and we'd occasionally get calls like that at home. He works well across the county), and some of his students decided to prank call the house. Apparently, they thought that because it was so far out of my borough's jurisdiction...that they couldn't be charged. Didn't stop my dad from having a trace put on the line, the calls recorded, and then the info forwarded to the other police department. I'm sure those kids were shitting kittens when they were caught
