Just because you're trying to do good customer service doesn't mean you have to keep your mouth shut.
Probably except the first time I rang him up he knew about the spot and said he should get a new card. It was in my best interest to keep my mouth shut today since he may have some sort of condition that messes with his memory and I couldn't guarantee that what I would say would be nice.
I would have a nice day, but I have other things to do.
I say the same thing about Driver License. Where I work I am required to *SWIPE* your DL for alcohol or anything else age restricted (certain cold medicines as well). I had to ID check a rather attractive middle aged woman, and she pulls out the biggest monstrosity of a license *ever*. It was valid, had birthday on it, ect, but there was one problem.
It was burned to fucking hell.
If anyone breaks the three pint rule, they'll be running all night to the pisser and back.
