    Wtf!?!

    Here's a short one from tonight:

    I had a girl come up to my register and ask for some cigarettes.
    When I asked for her ID she gave it to be but held it weird. And when I looked at it her birthdate was in 1995....
    I told her 'Um, sorry but I can't sell you these.'
    She said 'Ok.' and left.

    16? Seriously? I could get in serious trouble. Wtf man?!?

      Guess she figured it was worth a try...but she's still pretty stupid. Either that or it was a sting and you passed with flying colors

        Once had a kid back a year or so who didn't want to pull his out of his wallet and when I looked at it he was 17 and I was like, "You know you were born in 1993 right?"

        He just took it and slowly backed out the doorway looking terrified. I think he thought I was going to pick up the phone and call the cops or something.
