A co-worker had someone try & pull the race card on her, & she successfully turned the tables by rewording it back to the customer: "you're only saying that because I'm white." Caught the SC off-guard, & they apologised & actually listened to what was said from then on.

I dont know of any store here in Oz that will change the price if the item goes on sale. Like a previous posted said (sorry forget who) thats the price you pay to ensure you get it. Sale price items are usually smaller stock quantities so you run the risk of missing out."When did you get a gold plated toilet?"
