So I had a complaint from a room about some guys being loud outside their room. So, I go out there.
Me: You need to go to bed. I'm getting complaints. It's late, it's after 2. You need to go to bed.
SC1: We just got off work.
Me: I don't care, you need to go to bed, or you need to go somewhere else.
SC2: You don't need to talk to us like we're children.
Me: You are being noisy, it's after 2AM.
SC2: But, you don't have to disrespect us.
Me: You're not showing respect to my guests by being loud.
SC2: So, we don't deserve some respect.
Me: You need to go to bed, or you need to go somewhere else. If I have to, I will call the police.
*My manager said I couldn't use my threat from last night

After that I just gave them a death glare until they went away.
These workers need to go HOME.

Not 20 minutes later, the same room complains that they're back.
I go out.
Me: You have 30 seconds to go to bed, or I'm calling the cops
SC2: 30 seconds, really, let me get my clock out *Reaches for cell phone*
SC1: We can't even have a cigarette?
Me: You can't be noisy, which you are, so you need to go to bed.
SC1: We weren't even out here 2 minutes before you came out, we came down to...
SC2: *Interrupting* Yeah, you must have some high tech stuff to be out here like this, when did you get the call.
Me: I got the complaint a few seconds before I came out.
SC2: *Scoffing* Yeah, right. *Tries to act intimidating*
Me: I gave you 30 seconds. I'm going back to get my phone. If I come back out here and you are still here, I'm calling the police.
On my way back, I stopped and saw the Lounge Security was still here, so I sent them after them. They had apparently left after I went in, because they weren't there when security went out.
