SCs with their Sh*t
When will people learn?
Ok, so we got this promotion going on about when a customer spends every $10, they get a stamp. When they get certain amount of stamps, they can use it to redeem a cookware product.
Me:
OL- old lady
*I rang her items up and told her the total*
OL: the cans of cat food was supposed to be 5 for $4.
Me: alright I'll get someone to check. *calls a curtesy clerk and he comes over. I ask him to check the price so he heads to the aisle for pets, He comes back and says that the can cat food is $1.19 each, The one next to it was on sale for 5 for $4, but it was a different brand.*
OL: I don't believe it. Thats not the right price.
Me: Ok, I'll check it then.
*I go over to the section to check the price and it was $1.19 each. Not 5 for $4. However the other brand was 5 for $4. I come back to the register and told the lady*
SC: I don't want it then.
Me*void the cat food*
*the lady pays and I give her 5 stamps because she spent $54 and she leaves. she comes back 30 seconds later and says I forgot to buy the water.
*she buys it for $3 and asks me for the stamp.
Me: mam I cannpt give you an extra stamp because you only spent $3.
OL: the other cashier did it a few nights ago.
Me: Well, the other cashier did not follow the policy. I'm sorry, but you need to spend at least $10 for me to give you a stamp.
OL: fine, Ya'll got bad customer service anyway. *she leaves*

As soon as I got off the clock, my sister was waiting to pick me up to take me back home. she pulled out of the stores driveway safely, but then another van pulled out without watching.
So my sister's car got in the wrecked on the drivers side door. She was ok, but scared. The SD (sucky driver) and my sister called the police to make a report. We made a report with the information.
However, the SD refused to exchange information between her and my sister. At least we got SD's report at the police station. (not to mention, SD was on her cellphone texting when she bumbed into my sisters drivers door while backing out of the parking lot.)
So, on monday I have to head with my sister to the police department to get SD's info.
In addition, my manager has the whole accident on video camara, so he gave me permission to use the evidence incase SD decides to testify in court for damages done to my sister car.
Some people are just stuipid.
