This happens every now and then. Used to find it awkward when it did, now I find it sercretly satisfying

SC - "YEAH I called this mornigng and the GIRL I spoke with told me I was fully covered for dental, and I'm at the dentist right now and my card isn't even working! You better fix it right now!"
*I'm already calling bullsh*t as we NEVER tell people they are 'fully covered' for dental because 99% of services do have a small patient gap, and even the few services that are meant to be 'no gap' often end up changing slightly during treatment, which results in a small gap being charged to the patient*
Me - "Ok sir. No problem. I'll just bring up your policy and take a look. Okay. So you say you spoke to a girl this morning who told you that you would be fully covered for your dental visit today, is that correct?"
SC - "YUP! She told me I was 100% covered and I would have nothing to pay, and now I'm here and my card won't even work! You people better fix this right now, plus I want compensation for this, this is a f**king joke!"
Me - "Ah huh. Ok well, sir, that was actually myself you spoke with this morning. I remember the call, plus I left detailed notes. I never once told you that you were fully covered for dental. I actually advised you that you have no dental cover. And as such, you woudl receive no benefit at all from the fund, as you are not covered"
SC - "..................."
Me - "..................."
SC - "WHAT! That's f**king bullsh*t! I demand compensation!"
Me - "Sorry sir, but we do not compensate our members for providing them with correct information"
SC - "...................."
Me - "I'm going to leave a note of this conversation as well. Now, was there anything else I can help with today?"
SC - *CLICK*

I can't believe so many people try and pull this cr*p. Have they no shame?!
NOTE - to add to their stupidity, when you call our company, before you're connected to an operator, you have to listen to a recorded voice letting you know that all calls are recorded.

I just can not understand that mindset.
