Geeze.. I just wish companies would just blacklist people who blatantly lie about things, and pass that list off to other companies. This world would be a lot better if people would have to suffer the consequences for their actions.

Nice idea, but especially when it comes to things like health insurance, you'd then get lawsuits all over the place, with crocodile tears being shed in abundance amongst the wails of "They are trying to KIIIILLLLLLL me!!!" The fact that they have brought this on themselves, of course, wouldn't factor into it at all.

It's so rare that said coworker happens to be around when an SC says "But CW told me so!"

That's one thing I love about the area I work in...it's fairly close knit , so 95% of the time, we're able to literally reach over and tap that person on the shoulder who the customer previosuly spoke to to get them to check up on anything or even come to the phone and speak to the customer - the latter is always fun to watch

She is very pleased with the results, although a little touchup at one corner may be needed.

I got to play nurse after the surgery. I had to put ice packs on and off her eyes every 20 minutes for the rest of the day.
