Once I learn how to actually USE my sewing machine, I'd love to try my hand at a big plushie like this. I'm so used to hand-sewing - no wonder it takes me fucking forever to make something.
She's all hand sewn, I almost never use a machine.

That is really beautifully done. I hope you get a very nice profit for it. (Love the pic with the cats!)

The lowballing happens all over eBay, and not just on handmade stuff. We sell various small collectibles and we're always getting some schmuck asking us if we'll accept a ridiculously small amount for an item. I'd like to tell them off, but hubby is too polite to let me.

I don't sew all that often, but I've discovered that I'm actually faster at sewing by hand then by machine. Probably a combination of not knowing how to use it all that well, and it being in a really cramped space that makes manipulating bunches of fabric hard.

You do very exquisite work. I wish I had the dough to buy that and I don't even really know who it is.

I do indeed. (And most of my things *other* than plushes the size of a small car are pretty cheap to ship, too.)

I've posted this every damn place on the internet I go, including several pony forums. I mean I managed to post it here even though they don't allow advertising, (I guess having an idiot customer had a silver lining?) I'm certainly going to post it places that are pony-centric.

Sadly at this point I've run out of new places to post, so anywhere else it gets to will have to be other people sharing the link, I hardly feel it's polite to join forums just to spam them and leave, you know?

*dreams about a wolf plushie the size of my bed* No...mom would be muchly annoyed. How would I get it in the apartment anyway and what would I do with the bed that's now in here? (not to mention the plush alone would cost as much as the bed did)
