I get that you're upset that the tech never came back to your house after he had the wrong equipment but yelling at me ain't exactly gonna help matters. It's just going to make me more apathetic to you and your problem. I'm not a punching bag for one and two you're a screeching fucking harpy. So please know that unless the other person (especially if it's a manager) is a complete spineless candy ass, screaming won't get you a damn thing, okay. Be lucky I'm on the clock and on the phone or I would've cussed your ass out!
