I haven't been to the library in ages, so I didn't know they emailed you now. Other than the multiple emails inviting me to the shindig for the grand reopening in EC. I wonder if my card is still good. Hmmm...

I love our library system, but it's so busy! I know for a while it was the busiest system per capita in the country, but I'm not sure if that's still true. If so, yay us!! Even though I'm not going as much, to you and all the rest of the workers (especially for putting up with the patrons I did library work when I was in HS (shelving and circ desk mostly - it beat sleeping in study hall) so I have a fond place in my heart for libraries, and the workers.

I know I've had to pay some library fines in my day, but it was because I missed the date stamped in the book, not because I didn't get an e-mail. Sheeeeeeesh.
