Frankly, I agree. A lot of these companies might as well be doings scams. Unfortunately, we, the bank, lose the disputes, so they've apparently got the legal side of the fine print, at least so far as Visa and Mastercard dispute services are concerned, so my option of their sales tactics don't mean squat.
Legal and Ethical remain two very different ideas.
The Rich keep getting richer because they keep doing what it was that made them rich. Ditto the Poor.
