This was a proud day in sucky customer history... Finally when a customer asked for something they got it but not the way they hoped... HAHHAHA

I wasn't the actual cashier that got his crazy high and drunk lady but my co worker was and I got to watch from the back.

Me:

I guess the crazy SC was told nicely that the line was well, not where she was standing and was politely asked to get into it. the CW that got stuck with her is really good with people and is good at asking them to do these things without pissing them off. Until this time.

So crazy SC went into the line and I guess started cussing up a storm. Rule number one, DON'T cuss in a casino. Seriously. They don't like it. One of the customers got fed up with her and went to security.

SC got into CW's window and cashed something out then proceeded to call CW a fucking bitch. Don't know why though.

Security showed up and this is where the fun began!

So CW hid in the back while our supervisor went up there to take the rest of the line. There were only three of us in there to begin with and CW was the only cashier on the front line so... Yeah things got nuts from there.

SG: Security guard


SG: Ma'am we need you to calm down and come with us.

(There were two SGs and one of them was the Supervisor SG on duty)

SC: No! I am NOT leaving and YOU can't make me!

Both SG's are like olderish and honestly I wasn't sure how they would make her move. She was in CW's window refusing to move and still cussing.

SG: Ma'am, you need to leave with us. If you do not move right now we WILL handcuff you and take you to jail.

SC laughs and stays put. SC: Ha! Whatever. I want to see your ambassador!

I am confused about that but whatever...

She then said they were racist cuz she was *enter race here*. So was the SG. Huh. Whatever lady.

They asked her FIVE times (Yeah I counted) to please go with them or else.

SC: Fine! Take me to jail then!

SG; Okay. Please turn around.

SC refused and oh man I've never seen our SG's in action but kudos to them! The one SG made her turn around and cuffed her. She fought back and assaulted him. Good job lady!!

Soon SC was crying, begging and saying how "sorry" she was.

Too late. She got dragged off and sent to jail. HAHAHA
