Yeah, this would have been me. And once he got his cane from his wife, I'd have asked for an apology. Truthfully I'm so sick of my job right now that I don't care much what happens to me, and I get tired of customers like this.

I wasn't really staying calm. I really wanted to start crying but he would have thought that was me admitting to stealing his cane. And I know canes are expensive. But if it's so valuable why is he just walking off and leaving it unattended like that? Makes my head hurt.
