From a co-worker at the swamp:

She was on the phone with somebody who had called in from home. The call evidently took a little while to be completed. While she was on the phone a customer was nearby, apparently wanting help of some sort but making no indication of this.

When she got off the phone, the customer snarled "You don't need to be on the phone like that" and stomped off.

Knowledge is power. Power corrupts. Study hard. Be evil.

I love sc logic: after waiting a long time, tell csr "I don't need your help now" and walk away. Like that will teach us
Time! Time! Time is what turns kittens into cats.

Don't teach me a lesson; all I learn is that you are an asshole.

    I wish porn had subtitles.

I remember dialing that number some time when I was 13 or 14. It was at the time a phone sex number.

If they know so much about her job, why don't they work there? They could be getting PAID to wait around for people! /sarcasm

Heh I've had that happen on night audit. Someone on the phone that I was helping before an SC walked in, and they get mad because I didn't just hang up on the other customer to help them.
