That moment when someone demands how to get in touch with your boss?

That's always an "ohshi" moment, even when you ask then if you did something wrong. Especially when you get two in one day.

I had another customer ask me the same info tonight, for the same reason.

During the call she asked me which call center I'm in, I tell her, and she says "Oh, I've been there! I work with the people on the other side of your floor!". Cool, we BS a little about work while I'm doing stuff on her PC (I looooove remote desktop software, makes my job so much easier), bitch about how hot it gets here in the summer, that kind of stuff. At the end she asks for supervisor info, I give her the info.

I google her name when I get home, it turns out she's actually someone kinda important in the company. Not a C-level executive, but very much in upper management.

I'm off tomorrow, but I'm going to be checking my work email occasionally.
