Great customer service

As a Firefighter, I like to wear different dept t shirts from around the country. I ordered from a particular company which specializes in shirts from various Ohio fire departments. I placed my order, was upgraded to priority mail for free, and received them in a week.

One of the shirts they sent was wrong and I emailed them right away. I received an answer within 20 minutes and not only are they sending me the right shirt, they are letting me keep the other one, which I was willing to send back.

They are a little more expensive because of the screen printing, however, with customer service like that, I will be back.

Similar experience with Crystal Caste, a company that makes D&D dice. I ordered a set of "Crystal-Shaped" dice, and received a set of very pretty polyhedral dice cut from SNOW OBSIDIAN.
I reported the error to the company and was told my order would ship THAT DAY, NO CHARGE, and I was actually asked to keep the other set as compensation for the honest mistake.

I am quite happy with the service I received... I just wish I could get up the brass to use the snow obsidian dice in gameplay... worried about shattering them.
