I LOVE MY DEPARTMENT HEAD!

What can I say? He is truly wonderful. He cares for his workers without being a busybody about it. He watches & recognizes top notch performance. He defends his workers when some asshole makes an erroneous HR claim. He's sweet without being a wimp. Just an all-around AWESOME manager.

Just had to say this. Wish I could post his name & location, he's so terrific.

Once again, I sing the praises of my Dept Head. The man is TRULY WONDERFUL. I found out that he has defended me, AGAIN, from Evil Dick. Evil Dick is crazy & wants me fired. Awesome Dept Head told Evil Dick to transfer out.

I have to say though, that sometimes i wish there were no good sups. That way I could at least pretend that the position made everyone an ass. But every once in a while I run into a Mike (my current awesome mgr.) or your department head and realize the sad truth. Hope ED takes the hint and hits the road.

EVIL DICK REQUESTED A TRANSFER!!! I was ready to start looking for work elsewhere but Management Minion told me E.D. put in for a transfer to another store. Life Is Good.
