Not one customer on Thanksgiving day made a single comment about how we shouldn't be open.
We did get quite a few thank-you's for being open and one "I'm sorry you have to be here working today, here's a $20 tip".
And then afterwards we hosted an Orphans' Thanksgiving for all the partners who couldn't make it home or for whatever reason didn't want to. It was a solid success.
