So the other day I order some pizza online through Domino's. I had planned on picking it up after doing my laundry. Well I finish at the laundromat and my car won't start! While waiting for the tow truck, I totally forgot about my pizza until I get home and there's a message waiting for me. So I call them all apologetic about not picking it up.
Then the manager is like 'that's ok we'll credit your card' but then I floored her when I demanded she NOT issue a credit because it was MY fault for not calling to cancel the order. She told me I was the first customer who insisted on still paying for their order even though they didn't pick it up.
She even tried to offer me some kind of compensation and I kept refusing, after all, it wasn't Domino's fault my car died and I didn't cancel the order
