Customer Helped Get Balloon Down

Yesterday, I was trying to get a helium balloon down by jumping up to get it and using a divider but I was having trouble. A customer helped me out by getting it down for me (he was taller) and I put the balloon back in it's proper spot.

I did something similar once outside a card shop. Just as I was about to go in, a helium balloon came floating towards me. As it tried to make a break for the freedom of the sky, I grabbed at the string and pulled it down. At that point, a woman clutching a toddler ran out the shop towards me and thanked me breathlessly for saving her child's balloon. XD
