    Wow. . .

    I had to go shopping for a few things to make hamburgers this evening. Everything was fine up until I got to the register, and realized that I'd forgotten my wallet at home, but I had my checkbook with me.

    I wrote a check out as I'd done several times before with no issues. For some reason, today, there was a system error and the computer refused to process the check. After some finagling, the cashier and manager figured out a solution. The manager was kind enough to process the whole transaction with multiple coupons, which zeroed out the entire balance! He basically gave me my groceries for free.

    Sounds like you got yerself a good place to shop -- and my guess is, they know you as a nice customer if they even considered doing something like that for you.
