Customer Helped Out With Emergency

Yesterday, at the store I work at, a lady fell down near the floral section and got hurt. One of the checkers had me call 911 and I had to ask her how to do that on the store phone since it was my first time dialing 911.

Luckily, a customer was nearby (she was returning a couple items) and was able to help me out. I handed the phone to her and she was able to give a better description of the incident then I could since I didn't see it happen and was calling to pass on the message. I asked the produce guy who was covering a register at the time where the lady that fell down was and he pointed her out and that's when I saw the lady lying on the floor unconscious. Eventually, the ambulance came and took care of getting the lady to a hospital.

Wow, quite the thing to have that happening. Is she going to be alright? Don't feel bad about being a little nervous so that the calling took a little longer, at least you helped out. Usually people gather around the person like a flock of idiots and are all like oh look, what should we do?
And then they decide to just watch and do nothing. Praise onto both of you for trying to help out your fellow man, or woman, as quickly as possible
