She probably asked me that since I looked a little stressed and red in the face. I had been hanging over dusty boxes the whole day, pricing and placing easter eggs (LOTS of easter eggs) and the dust and having to run to and fro to help customers, cash out people and and and... made me a little warm, stressed and sneezy 
I told her that I had a lot to do today and that my face didn't like the dust from the pallets of merchandise, but otherwise I was fine
She was sweet (she actually ENDED her telephone conversation before getting in line to pay, roughly calculated how much money I needed BEFORE I gave her the total, a perfect customer) and said she hoped the rest of my day got better and she likes to shop where I work because we're always so nice.
