If anyone had something to yell and scream about, it would be this customer I had today. She bought a frozen pizza and frozen garlic bread from us.
They were moldy. How the hell does a frozen item get moldy? The 2006 use-by date might have had something to do with it.
This customer wasn't sucky at all. She just wanted to exchange the pizza and bread for non-moldy ones. Sadly, all the pizzas and garlic bread we had had the same use by dates so we decided not to risk it and instead gave her her money back and some free stuff.
(In our defence, the supplier we got the pizzas from is supposed to check the use-by dates when he comes in. It's written in his contract. The good news is he's taking our word for it and giving us the credits without having to see any spoiled product.)
My co-worker had fun playing frisbee into the dumpster.
